Michelle Miles

Michelle is an accomplished operations manager with a proven track record of delivering results and driving operational change across a diverse range of educational settings. Over the past 6 years she has consistently led improvements in academy operations. In her current role at the Agora Learning Partnership Michelle is responsible for the strategic operational management of the Trust. She works closely with Headteachers to ensure robust compliance, effective governance, efficent estates management, high-quality IT provision and strong data protection practices.  

Before joining Agora Learning Partnership, Michelle served as Chief Administration and Data Officer for a large Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing both primary and secondary schools. In this role, she strategically manged administrative and data support across six schools, streamlining existing processes and seeking opportunities for greater efficiency.

Michelle also brings significant experince in governance. She has completed Company Secretary training and contirbuted as a member of a secondary academy governing board and a MAT admissions committee for over 5 years. 

Deeply committed to the learning and development of young people, Michelle is passionate about operationally supporting schools, empowering school leaders to concentrate on teaching and curriculum and ultimately enhancing educational outcomes.
