Together Strategy

At the Agora Learning Partnership, there is true commitment from all stakeholders to working collaboratively in order to achieve the Trust’s vision and, ultimately, improve the life chances of all the children in the Partnership.

To channel this commitment and to ensure that Trust-wide collaboration is focussed on priority areas, a Trust-wide improvement strategy is in place. This is called the Together Strategy. The Together Strategy is implemented through a carefully crafted strategic plan, designed to achieve ongoing and sustained Trust-wide improvement through four strands:

• Together for Children
• Together for Staff
• Together for Schools
• Together for Community

In the first instance, the Together Strategy was implemented for a three-year period, from 2021 to 2024. Due to the success of the Strategy, including the positive impact on the Trust’s ethos and culture, the content of the Together Strategy was reviewed, updated and a new three-year strategic plan implemented from September 2024. The plan is focussed on all aspects of the Trust’s work; education, people, finance and operations. 

The implementation of the Together Strategy is carefully monitored and evaluated to ensure it remains impactful.
