Julie is a results-driven operations leader with over 35 years of combined experience in operations and finance across education and the private sector.

For the past five years as an Operations Manager within an eighteen school Multi-Academy Trust, Julie has led large-scale initiatives, and driven efficiency through contract management, process improvement, and resource optimisation.

Previously, Julie spent 11 years in education finance, providing robust financial leadership, overseeing budgets, compliance, and long-term planning in a complex regulatory environment.

Before that, Julie built a strong foundation with 20 years in the private sector, specialising in management accounts, financial analysis, and performance improvement. Known for bridging operational performance with financial strategy.
