The OrchardPrimary School

The Orchard Primary is a two-form entry primary school located on Gammons Lane in North Watford. Orchard is located in a very multicultural area with 39 different languages spoken by the parental community. 

Orchard’s vision is for every child to leave Orchard physically, creatively and academically fit for life. 

At Orchard, we believe that part of our role as a school is to prepare children for later life. During their time with us they need to develop essential life skills for them to become well-rounded individuals who can reach their personal best. 

We have introduced six core values, based on the Youth Sports Trust’s ‘My Personal Best’ initiative: respect, resilience, trust, resourcefulness, integrity and reflection.

Collaborative working across Alban Wood Primary School and The Orchard Primary School is facilitated by the Headteacher, Jonny Spector.
