Partnership with West Essex SCITT

Agora is pleased to be developing a partnership with West Essex SCITT to support teacher training, recruitment, and retention across our schools.

This partnership provides exciting opportunities to:

• Support and develop future teachers
• Strengthen recruitment pathways
• Increase classroom support through trainee placements
• Build long-term workforce capacity across our schools

We are already welcoming three SCITT students for September 2026 placements at Waterside Academy and Creswick Primary and Nursery School.

We look forward to continuing to grow this partnership and exploring future opportunities, including the potential development of our own SCITT provision in the years ahead.
