Laura Gregory

Laura Gregory is an accomplished education leader with over 23 years of experience, having held roles including Headteacher of an Outstanding school in Hertfordshire, School Improvement Advisor, Ofsted Inspector, Primary School Improvement Lead for a Diocese MAT, Chief Education Director within a Primary MAT covering London and Berkshire, and an Executive Coach for the Ambition Institute. Passionate about raising educational standards and ensuring every child receives an excellent education, Laura now leads the school improvement strategy at Agora Learning Partnership, focusing on driving pupil outcomes and developing high-performing leadership teams across the Trust.

Laura has a proven track record in transforming schools, including leading schools out of Special Measures to achieve 'Good' as well as ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings. With extensive experience in school improvement, curriculum development, and staff training, she has driven significant progress across schools in diverse contexts, including areas of high social deprivation. Her leadership in designing MAT-wide CPD frameworks and fostering a collaborative culture has consistently delivered outstanding results.

With a strong belief in data-driven decision-making and the effective use of technology in education, Laura is committed to building sustainable school improvement through professional development, innovative curriculum strategies, and empowering leaders at all levels. Her approach is focused on ensuring all pupils, regardless of their background, have the opportunity to succeed and thrive.
